A web based platform that brings hospital operations into one workspace. HIMS supports patient registration, appointments, OPD billing, emergency treatment, admissions, clinical records, prescriptions, laboratory workflows, pharmacy sales and inventory, staff operations, and financial reporting. Dashboards, permissions, audit logs, and real time task management help teams coordinate daily work and give management clearer visibility across departments.
What needed to change.
Hospital departments often work across disconnected paper files or separate single-purpose software. Fragmented systems between reception, emergency, outpatient clinics, labs, and pharmacies lead to duplicate data entry, billing omissions, slower emergency admissions, and compromised patient handover.
What we created.
A centralized, full-stack hospital information management platform that connects every department into a unified real-time workflow. Built with React 19, Node.js, and MySQL, the system delivers instant Socket.IO clinical synchronization, granular role-based permissions, automated lab/pharmacy billing, and executive financial dashboards.
